What are your Shipping Methods and estimated delivery time?
All orders are custom made and printed. Individual production and shipping approximate estimates listed below.

On occasion, some orders may be reviewed to ensure quality; and may be subject to shipment delays. Nine Dimensions is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as weather, acts of God, or other shipping-related issues. International shipments are subject to longer ship times.

How much does shipping cost?
US Shipping is free. Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
International Shipping rates display in your cart at checkout. Since each purchase is custom made and printed, international orders should be added to your cart separately for different products or variants. Multiple items of the same product for leggings and scarves can be shipped together.
How do I track my order? You’ll receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return or exchange your order or if there is an issue with the order you received, please go to your account and select the product you would like to return or exchange to receive a return shipping label.
A return authorization is created when your return request is approved. No returns are accepted without a return authorization. We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
We will process your refund or exchange order once your return has been received. You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s).
When will I be refunded for my return?
Your refund will be processed once your return has been received.
Who will pay for the return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
